European Cafe midafternoon refresher

Ingredients:
Ice
Aperol (Italian apertif made from Rhubarb avallable at liquor store).
Prosecco.
Club Soda

Directions:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add equal parts Aperol and Prosecco. Top off with club soda.

Drink and Enjoy!

Cook's Notes:
Aperol by itself is bitter, so adjust to taste.
