Newsflash
The Tarelton Manor Board of Directors has posted pool rules at the following:

All pipeline work is complete and has been fully inspected by the Lighthouse Point Building Department.  Please notify Property Manager Cary Ratliff before you hire a plumber to unclog a toilet. Plumbers are not to use a metal “snake” in the lined pipe because it can destroy the liner. Plumbers are to use power jets which use water to free clogs.

Northwest Exterminating will be spraying units for pests (roaches, etc.; not termites) during the last week of each month.  Please sign up in the laundry room.  Termites are sprayed separately when activity appears -- see below.
Notice,

People are leaving bags of trash or recycling outside the bins.  This keeps our maintenance staff from doing regular work because they have to take time out to pick up trash that residents are responsible for. The time spent doing this could result in increased homeowner fees.

Please place all trash and recyclables in the trash bins. Tarelton Manor no longer recycles.
Gate Locks
The gates on the north and south end of the building are locked.  All residents already have a key, which is the same as the key for the laundry room/clubhouse.  You do not need a key to exit, only to enter.  Emergency Responders have keys to get in. Please make sure all gates are closed and locked after you use them.
See our termite page, under the Resident tab, for what you do if you see termites in your unit.
Wind Mitigation Reports
Building Wind Mitigation Reports have been posted.  Each building has a mitigation report and each report is accompanied by photos. This material can be used for purposes of obtaining unit insurance coverage.  Members (owners) can access the link to the Wind Mitigation page under the Board of Directors caption above.
